Andrew's Tips: Band Equipment Loan Agreement
Occasionally a bagpipe band gets into trouble when a former member fails to return equiment or uniform items loaned to them by the band. When a pipe band complained about this (not my own), I figured a written legal agreement might come in handy for bands in the future. I wrote up a band rental form, ran it by a lawyer who made some minor changes in the draft and the result is here for download. This form was last updated December 16, 2002.
